With over 14 years experience in real estate and over 15 years in finance and operations, I am not your typical real estate broker. I am not a salesperson. I see my role as a facilitator, helping my clients do something they really want to do. My service philosophy is that I treat people as “clients for life”.
When I'm not working with clients, I love cycling and travelling. Weekends you will find me riding around the area with my boyfriend or dad, or mountain biking in the surrounding trails. We usually plan our routes around good fries and beer (my two vices). I've got two great kids who are a lot of fun. My family did a month long bike tour from Canada to California with three generations of Schmidts. I also love cooking, eating, reading and being with friends.
A home is a big investment. I take pride in investing myself in you as much as you are investing in your home. Getting to know you, using my intimate knowledge of Seattle and the Eastside to help you, advocating and protecting you in negotiations and closing is what I do. I provide information every step of the way and provide guidance so that you can make sound decisions. Building relationships with my clients is a lifelong endeavor. I believe that service continues long after the sale has closed. I look forward to working with you now or in the future.

Keeping everything on track
Kimi brings a wealth of organizational and creative resources to the table. She thrives in coordinating projects and bringing people together. She has lived half of her life in the Pacific Northwest and the other half in the San Francisco Bay Area making her a West Coast girl. She's coordinated weddings, events, tradeshows, directed parades and managed international import/exports. She and Gretchen have known each other since they went to university together at WWU.
When she’s not assisting Gretchen or managing an event, she is baking, gardening, or walking her three Akita dogs.
Odina Kolsch
Transaction Coordinator
Keeping things rolling
Odina Kolsch has been handling things behind the scenes for over a decade. Odina will be making sure all the details are handled on time and accurately. She will be in contact with you as soon as we are in mutual acceptance. Odina connects with all parties in the transaction. She makes sure all the paperwork is turned in on time.
When she is not working she enjoys playing tennis, kayaking, and air streaming (camping with their airstream) .
